What does TeaDate do with the information it collects?
In general, we use the information collected on the Service to provide the Service to you, to process your transactions, to help us understand who uses the Service, to improve the Service, and to contact you for customer service purposes.

If you "opt-in," we may send you electronic newsletters, contact you about TeaDate products, services, information, and news that may be of interest to you, and provide you with targeted feedback. When does TeaDate disclose information to third parties?
Mobile Phone Carriers
Your mobile phone requests are sent to your mobile phone carrier, which in turn sends them to TeaDate. Similarly our responses to your mobile phone requests are sent to your mobile phone carrier. You should check with your carrier to learn how they treat your information.
Third parties generally
We may provide to third parties other information about you that does not allow you to be identified or contacted, including where such information is combined with similar information of other users of the Service. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit the Service, the demographic breakdown of users of the Service, or the content accessed using the Service. The third parties to which we may provide this information may include potential or actual advertisers, providers of advertising products or services (including vendors and website tracking services), commercial partners, sponsors, licensees, researchers, and other similar parties.
We do not provide targeting information to advertisers. Rather, advertisers provide requested targeting information to us. Although we do not provide targeting information about you to advertisers, we do allow advertisers to reach people who fit general profiles. If you respond to such an advertisement, the advertiser could assume that you fit the description of the targeting.

We strive to provide secure transmission of your information from your mobile phone or computer to our servers through industry-standard techniques. Any employee who violates user privacy is subject to disciplinary action, including termination.
Not withstanding the above commitments to protect your information (including personally-identifiable information) from loss, misuse or alteration by third parties, you should be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the Internet or via wireless networks. There is also some risk that others could find a way to thwart our security systems.
